ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP PARAMETERS
Associate Memberships are extended to:
- MCpl and below, honorably released from the Regular Force.
- MCpl and below, with 12 accumulated years in Primary Reserves.
- Personnel working for the Federal, Provincial or Municipal Governments and DND civilian employees, who are employed at CFB Esquimalt or one of its integral shore or lodger units.
- From time to time Civilian personnel with two sponsorships may apply for associate membership.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP PARAMETERS:
Annual Mess Dues - $60.00/year ($5.00 per month with $4.65 to general account + .35 to GST).
Use of the Member’s Lounge with spouse and maximum of 3 guests. More than 3 guests may be allowed with permission from the PMC.
Ability to purchase tickets at membership prices.
Special Hall surcharge fees – 10% of total function cost.*
$50 Dollar surcharge for rental of DJ equipment, when renting Fleet Club DJ for private events.*
Cannot serve on the Executive Committee.
May serve on sub-committees.
Has no vote on Mess business.
Will not receive a departure gift from the Club. (not paying into gift fund).

NOTES:
- Memberships commence 01 April of the current year and expire at the end of March the following year. If Mess dues, at the established annual subscription of $60.00 are not received before the expiry date, the member will be required to resubmit an application and may be placed on a waiting list. If Regular Mess dues are increased, Associate membership may also be subject to increase.
-Associate Members shall abide by the mess constitution and are subject to suspension or cancellation for infractions of the rules and regulations. Such suspensions will be brought before the executive committee for final decision. Members are solely responsible for their guests. Mess dues will not be reimbursed.
-Associate members may not repeatedly sign in as a guest, any person that could have a membership themselves.
