Member & Non-Member Bookings

In accordance with Art 212 of the By-Laws:

When the upper lounge is not required by the mess, all or part of it may be reserved by a member sponsored non-military group, on the approval of the Mess President provided that:

1.    all costs are borne by the member or group of members, which includes staff wages, breakage and damages;

2.    a booking deposit of $200 is given in advance of the event;

3.    a 20% Surcharge applied to final invoice for hall usage fee.

4.    a setup/cleanup surcharge of $100 minimum.

5.    the member who sponsors the function will be present during entire function; and

7.    the member who sponsors the function takes full responsibility for the proper care of Mess fittings, fixtures and equipment.

       Damage or breakage may result in charges for repairs or replacement to the member concerned.  This does not exclude

disciplinary action.
